Key Moments and Ejection

A critical moment in the game occurred with 2:31 remaining in the fourth quarter when rookie Angel Reese was ejected after receiving two technical fouls following a brief interaction with an official. This ejection impacted the Sky’s ability to mount a comeback and shifted the momentum firmly in favor of the Liberty.

Preparing for the Mystics

The Sky, now 3-5, will need to regroup quickly as they prepare for their next game on June 6th, away against the Washington Mystics at 6 pm CT. The team will look to build on their resilient efforts and address the areas that faltered against a strong Liberty squad.

Despite the loss, the Sky showcased moments of brilliance and determination. With standout performances from their key players, they will aim to bounce back in their upcoming match and continue their pursuit of success this season.
